Message from Michiko

“I feel tired.”, “I can’t sleep.”, “I don’t have any appetite.”, “My hands and feet are cold”… You’re not sick, but you don’t feel healthy either. In Oriental medicine, we call this state mi-byo (pre-disease.) We believe it is very important to treat people before they get sick. As well as offering pain relief, Shiatsu massage and acupuncture treat mi-byo by releasing body tension, fixing misalignments, balancing the nervous system and strengthening the immune system. I hope more people will turn to Shiatsu massage and acupuncture to help them lead healthier and happier lives.
